"Fast delivery and a smooth overall experience"
I ordered a pair of shoes and they actually arrived faster than I expected, in about two days. The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy but everything came in good condition. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the tracking updates were a little slow, which made it hard to know exactly where the order was. But overall, the delivery speed was great, and I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for something that arrives quickly.

"Pretty Smooth Return 🙂"
I had to return one item, the refund came through quickly. I got it just a few days after they received the return, so no complaints there. I do wish the updates were a little clearer along the way, but overall it wasn’t bad at all 🙂

"I ordered a blouse from Zalora…"
I ordered a blouse from Zalora Malaysia because it looked really nice in the pictures, but when it arrived, the material felt thin and cheap. There were also a few loose threads in the stitching, which was disappointing for the price. Delivery was fine, so I can’t say the whole experience was bad, but I did expect better quality. Also, trying to get help through automated replies just made it more annoying—I really wish companies would let you talk to an actual person sometimes. I might still buy again if it’s heavily discounted, but this one was a bit of a letdown

"Pickup was fine, refund was a bit slow"
The return pickup worked like it was supposed to, so no real issues there, which was nice. I guess I just expected the refund to come through a little faster than it did, so I kept checking and wondering if I needed to follow up. It did get handled in the end, though, so overall not too bad

The size I got was wrong, so I requested an exchange. The process itself wasn’t too difficult, but the updates were really slow and it took days just for the pickup to happen. Like, how is this okay? It was annoying.

"Styles felt boring"
I was kind of disappointed with the styles. They all felt a bit plain and boring to me, and I was hoping for something more interesting or unique. Has anyone else felt the same way, or did I just have different expectations?

"Box showed up completely crushed"
The box arrived totally smashed, and the packaging was ripped up and dirty. It felt like no real person had checked it or cared before sending it out. Disappointing experience.

I had an issue where my order wasn’t updating, so I got a bit worried about it. I contacted support and they got back to me after around a little while. They were able to fix it though, and my parcel arrived just fine. Not a perfect experience, but I’m happy they sorted it out.

I recently ordered from Zalora, and my experience was okay overall. The tracking did update, but it felt slow. For about 2 days, it kept showing the same status, so I wasn’t really sure if my parcel was actually moving or just stuck somewhere. Since this was my most recent order, the slow tracking kind of stood out to me more than anything else. The item still arrived within the expected delivery time, so it wasn’t a major issue. I just think the tracking could be more detailed and updated faster. Not a bad experience, but definitely something they can improve.

"Bad Timing With the Discount"
I saw the discount pop up while I was shopping, but by the time I got to checkout, it had disappeared. Maybe I just caught it at the wrong moment, but it was frustrating to think I was getting a deal and then have it vanish right when I was ready to pay.

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should be"
I tried buying a pair of shoes on zalora.com, but the payment process was a letdown. Some of the payment options didn’t seem to work properly, and my card kept getting rejected even though I use it without any issues on other websites. The payment choices also felt limited and a bit outdated. After trying a few times, I just gave up. In my opinion, a checkout process should be simple and reliable, so this really felt like a waste of time. Hope they improve it soon.

"Felt Like Opening a Little Gift to Myself"
I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers and a CK bag here, opening the package gave me that same excited feeling I remember from buying something special in-store. The tags and packaging looked legit and matched what I’d expect from the actual store. Delivery was fine too. Overall, I’m really happy with the order.

"Trying to Buy One Thing Felt Like a Whole Saga"
Using the Zalora app lately feels like entering a shopping battlefield. Pages take forever to load, the filters act like they have a mind of their own, and items randomly vanish from my cart like some kind of plot twist. Even the website hangs right when I’m trying to checkout, which is the worst possible timing. I had to keep logging in over and over, and by the end I was just annoyed and tired. I only wanted to buy one thing, not go through an entire drama. Please fix the basic stuff first.

"Good value when there’s a sale"
I usually shop on Zalora Malaysia when there’s a sale or voucher, and so far it’s been worth it. The prices are generally fair, and sometimes I can find shoes or casual clothes cheaper than in the mall. Delivery has been decent too, especially considering the price. It’s not always the cheapest for everything, but overall I’m happy with the value and haven’t had any major complaints.

"Cute stuff, but the sizes are never there"
I keep finding things I actually want to buy, but then most of the sizes are out of stock. What’s confusing is that even after I use the filters, it still shows me items I can’t really get. I’m not sure if the site is slow to update or if I’m just catching things at the wrong time, but it feels like I spend a bunch of time browsing only to end up back where I started. Frustrating

"Shipping was cheap and straightforward"
I was relieved that the shipping stayed cheap all the way through checkout. I always watch those little line items, especially the taxes, handling fees, and random add-ons that sometimes pop up right before you pay, but there weren’t any surprises here. The total matched what I expected, which I really appreciated.

"Decent shopping experience, but tracking could be better"
I’ve ordered from Zalora Malaysia a few times now, and overall it’s been okay. Most of my items arrived in good condition, and the orders were correct, right down to the sizes and colours I picked. The packaging is decent too, nothing fancy but everything was packed properly. The only thing is the delivery timing can be a bit unpredictable. One order came earlier than expected, but another took longer than I thought, and there weren’t many tracking updates in between. I just wish the delivery status was more reliable so I wouldn’t have to keep checking. Not a bad experience overall, just a few small things they could improve
